Bandit terrorists have reportedly killed no fewer than sixty-three local vigilantes in Kebbi State. The dreaded group are said to have stormed the Zuru Emirate in the early hour of Monday to carry out the heinous act.
Naija News understands that the rampage is coming shortly after a group of local security men known as ‘Yan Sa Kai, launched an onslaught against the bandits in the community.
In retaliation, the bandits reportedly regrouped and hid on trees along the road leading to their dens while they await the arrival of the local guard and laid ambush on them.
Presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, has disclosed that President Muhammadu Buhari cannot be friends with politicians who steal from the coffers of the nation. Naija News reports that Adesina made this known in an article titled: “PMB and NDDC,” released via his Facebook page on Thursday night.
He disclosed that the President hates corruption with passion and would continue to fight the war against the menace until his tenure expires in 2023.
